2012 Re-Awakening
You may notice that there is a massive gap since we last blogged. We put MY House on hold while I gallavanted off on a 3 month trip to India and South East Asia. I learnt a lot on my travels but one topic was discussed in depth many times over a local whiskey or two!
Many apocalypse mongerers claim the end of the world is nigh according to the Mayan Prophecy. They say 21-12-2012 is our day of reckoning. I've researched this topic to the nth degree and i wanted to share what I found and my opinion with you.
The Mayan Prophecy is actually a shift from one world into another, a new world per se. The Mayan Story of Creation shows a transition of planetary stewardship into the hands of the feminine, a reawakening of the divine feminine. This is one interpretation which I believe has some truth, have you noticed the surge in female entrepreneurs and women taking control by setting up their businesses from home so they can juggle the multi faceted roles they have as mothers, wives, daughters or girlfriends?
Perhaps this is too far fetched and maybe a little bias coming from a woman, an evolution of consciousness is perhaps an easier concept to understand. This has actually happened time and time again when there has been significant shifts in the earths energy. It is depicted that there are 9 waves of consciousness throughout time. The last one being in 1999 which was to do with ethics and integrity. Think of the secrets and lies coming to the surface from corrupt governments in the middle east to religions, corporations and public figures being exposed wherever there is hypocrisy. The 9th wave in 2012 is about unity and co-creation, we are moving from living in our minds and egos to a united consciousness for our people and our planet.
The Mayan Prophecy relates closely to the Age of the Aquarius. We have been on the cusp of the Aquarian Age since 1992, this is evident in all walks of life from the awakening of humanity to our own wasteful ways, harming the earth and the movement towards sustainabilty and green living. The widespread practice of yoga, raw food and natural healing. Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga's creator and founder incorporated the dawning of the new age into his teachings. He believes it is to be an age where people experience the infinite universe, a purer reality and individuality.
"The time has come not to search for God, but to be God". Yogi Bhajan.
Bringing awareness to this change can prepare us as a collective to truly align ourselves with the cosmic plan.
You are your own destiny.

A Spring in our Step!
Spring is well and truly underway, the lambs have grown and the blossom has bloomed. Summer's a comin!
Here at MY House we've been surfing the waves of creativity that spring brings and been busy working to get MY House up and running. We're so excited about what this summer has in store for us. We've booked our places to go to the Business Link "We Mean Business" conference on the 6th July which will be a fab chance for us to do some networking. Our website has gone live, with a few tweaks it'll be perfect. All there is to do now is to get out there and start spreading peace and tranquility in your homes and hearts!

MY House offers a unique experience where yoga and massage are combined to create and instil a fresh approach to deeply relax the mind and body. MY House was created after trying to find a way to truly deepen the relaxation that Shavasana (corpse pose) brings after a wonderful yoga session. We found that by offering massage so soon after doing asana practice helps to work deeper into the muscles, lymphatic system and into your inner core. Leaving you feeling in touch with your greater potential and giving you the resources to reach that potential through clarity of mind and inner peace.
We offer fantastic packages to meet your needs. All our services are provided in the comfort of your own home. By being in your own home it helps you to relax quicker as you are in familiar surroundings.
